My practice includes psychotherapy and supportive counseling for individuals, families and couples struggling with a variety of issues. I also believe in working within the communities, so I offer training opportunities and I am a trained “Circle Keeper” for restorative and healing circles and groups. I have a gentle down to earth yet straight-forward approach.

What is a Restorative/Healing Circle?
A circle is a versatile restorative practice that can be used proactively, to develop relationships and build community. It offers a place of connection and exploration of values and promotes healing. Circles can also be used to respond to wrongdoing, conflicts and problems as a way of restoring relationships or repairing harms. Circles give people an opportunity to speak and listen to one another in an atmosphere of safety, decorum and equality.
